It has been almost a year since I started this blog.  There are tons and tons of blogs online and I have decided to take a different route with mine.  I don't have a lot of drive to maintain this when even your own family doesn't visit it so it's going to get a facelift....

I have added a new Photo Albums page that will have links to different categories of my photo albums.  I am in the process of starting that up.  I will be transferring lots of pics and info to that area.... So far I have begun the Building a House photo album since I had pictures to upload for that...

I hope you guys enjoy my new format...
I am going to use the blog to announce new things on the site as I have always done... the photo albums will be where I keep all the pictures this way if you are looking for something you can find it easier!

Start the new year off with a new wall calendar.  Pick one up from the local insurance company, bank, hardware store - wherever you can get one for free - then make a cover for it!  I found two great tutorials online for making them - Go creative and jazz it up!

Might as well also start the new year off financially pretty - with a checkbook cover!  These can also be used for those nifty pocket calendars too!

Introducing Snap Shots from Snap.com I just installed a nice little tool on this site called Snap Shots that enhances links with visual previews of the links throughout the site.  It is a feature that I absolutely love on other sites and I hope that you guys will like it as well!

Sometimes Snap Shots bring you the information you need, without your having to leave the site, while other times it lets you "look ahead," before deciding if you want to follow a link or not.

Should you decide this is not for you, just click the Options icon in the upper right corner of the Snap Shot and opt-out.

I've added more categories and I'm working on more!
New... Sewing for your car... Sewing for Infants (at least the beginning of that one.  I have lots of categories that I want to search and add for that subject. 
I'm also adding new links all the time.
I will be looking to add a New! icon in the near future so you will be able to see what was recently added.  I'll let you know when that happens!
