Well. It gave me troubles right from the get go. The little nut thing would loosen and the blade would get wobbly after only a few cuts. Yes, I had it all put together right. It was just a dud.
Last Sunay I called Fiskars about an unrelated thing... I purchased a cutting mat to go with me to Sewing Saturdays. It stinks SOOOOOO bad. It really contaminates the room to say the least. I was informed to wash it with soap and water and lay it flat to dry. I'll try that some other day... but while I was talking to the representative I asked her about my rotary cutter that doesn't cut nice. She told me it was a warranty replacement and for me to take a picture of it and put in a request online. So Monday morning, that's what I did.
Today is Wednesday. Guess what I got in the mail today??
