MMMmmmmm....
My new guilty pleasure... Little mini lemon cupcakes with those nice crunchy yellow sugary tidbits on top.  Oh yum!!!

A few weeks ago we went to the Cub Scouts Blue and Gold Banquet (end of season awards ceremony with a potluck dinner) and some evil person brought a package of these oh so delicious paper wrapped lusciousness.  I was tickled to get one - and even happier to find out where they came from.  Are you sitting down for this one?  Walmart!   I am a lemon cake, lemon cookie, lemon Italian ice, lemon pie, lemon chicken lover...  pretty much if it has a lemon taste, chances are I'll probably like it - a lot.

I think that dinner should consist of little mini lemon cupcakes since the boys are at Grandma's house for the next two nights.  Hmmm...  I better not because then hubby will want to eat some and they are OFF LIMITS!!  MINE MINE MINE!!
