In 2009 I made this tree skirt.
I know from a distance it dosn't look like much but up close it really does...
I will admit that this tree skirt still is not quilted so for now, we'll just say it's a SEWN tree skirt, okay? I've used it 3 years in a row now so I think it's probably safe to say that it is going to stay sewn and not quilted.
I came upon a Kaye Woods video that shows how to tackle y seams like a pro.
According to my email sent files folder, this video came to me on 3/25/11. I know. I really don't have an excuse as to why I haven't finished that tree skirt. I just keep forgetting about it. Maybe next year I will work on clearing out the UFO box...
